The hotel is nice, recently refurbished. My room and bathroom were spacious and well equiped. Upon my arrival, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not very far from the Reggia, although not so close as you could think from the Booked.net web page. Parking is free
Breakfast is served in the room, but rather poor

Spacious rooms, recently refurbished to high standards, and the friendly, helpful staff.
The hotel can be difficult to locate, and the area is not easy to visit at night.

The hotel was clean and modern, with friendly staff who were happy to help with any requests we had. The location was excellent, with easy access to restaurants and shops, as well as being close to key business areas. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options offered, and the option to have it delivered to the room was a great convenience.
Our room was a bit noisy, with some street noise coming through the window. , the internet connection was a bit slow, which made it difficult to get some work done.

The hotel staff that we encountered were wonderful. Since we were there less than 24 hrs., We had a limited experience. Two young women took care of us at check-in and were very professional and pleasant. A young man that was on duty for the evening was helpful with directions and restaurants. Since we left at 5:00 am, we got to meet the third shift. The gentleman on duty was helpful in making sure our taxi had all the information that the driver needed. He even offered to make us coffee. The room was pleasant and clean. Tv, internet were available. The bathroom was large and newly renovated.
Booked.net had on the description that there was an airport shuttle available from the hotel. When we asked about this when checking in the desk attendant looked puzzled. We ended up with a taxi for 50 E. Also, the elevator to the rooms is one half flight of stairs from the lobby area. No one was available to assist with bags. Overall the place is a lovely small hotel and the price was very reasonable.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was fantastic, situated on a main street with easy access to a wide range of good restaurants. I also appreciated the convenience of having the train station within a 10-15 minute walk, offering frequent connections to nearby Napoli. Moreover, the hotel provided a locked outdoor parking area, perfect for those traveling by car.
This hotel is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious experience.

There is no breakfast room so breakfast was delivered to the room, however there were two of us, but only one breakfast was delivered.

I liked the contemporary style of the hotel. The female receptionist was great. She was very friendly and professional. She also recommended Restaurant Antonio & Antonio only a short walk from the hotel - it was so good that I dined there several times.
Re: Bathroom - The amenities tray and the glass were not clean ie: toothpaste and hair from previous guests. This was rectified. The shower was very disappointing ie: water jet was minimal and the shower temperature fluctuating (either too hot or way too cold) - this was reported and I was promised that maintenance would check. Upon return to the hotel nothing had changed - when I checked out I mentioned my concern and was told: 1. there is no maintenance staff on duty on Sundays 2. we never have complaints and subsequently I was explained how to use the mixer shower tap!!! ... no apology (nor discount) was offered! The check-out was unpleasant to say the least ...

The staff was friendly and helpful during our city break. We appreciated the breakfast delivery to our room, which had a good variety of options to choose from. the hotel was in a convenient location, being close to restaurants and shops.
The room was not as clean as we would have expected and some facilities were not working properly, such as the TV and in-room computer. This was disappointing and affected our overall experience at the hotel.

What we liked the most about the Hotel was the fact that the room and bathroom were fairly big and we had a balcony. However, the view wasn't particularly beautiful (other buildings). Parking was included as well as breakfast in the price and main tourist sites and attractions were within walking distance. The immediate surrounding area is not attractive and we would have been uncomfortable walking around too late at night.
Breakfast was delivered to our room and the selection was very limited with no hot items on the menu.
